Heating - The building is heated via a connection to the district heating plant operated by KELAG (gas-powered heating plant located nearby)
- Each unit has its own meter to measure energy usage
- Standard panel radiator with thermostatic valve, located in the parapet area of each unit

Coolign System / Climate Control - A general air conditioning system is not planned for the building, but structural arrangements have been made for the retrospective installation of fan-coil units
- A central cooling unit is located in the basement which is able to service approx. 60% of the total area
- The individual LAN rooms can be cooled by a 2.5 kW circulating air-cooling system
Sanitary facilities - Each unit has separate sanitary facilities, and includes a centrally ventilated anteroom, tiled from floor to ceiling
